Explanation of the process of collecting and producing cider and apple juice; how it works, the properties of apples, trees, etc.

Visit inside the cider store

Cider and juice tasting accompanied by local chorizo and/or cheese.

Cider processing season

(end of September, mid-November)

You can see firsthand how we work, from when the apples are collected to when the juice is made. 

In cider season

(from mid-January to the end of May)

Cider tasting is done from the barrika, TXOTX.

Prices :

  • group 4 of 6 people: 12 € / person
  • group of more than 6 people: 10 € / person


  • between an hour and a half and two hours.
